Product overview
A drop-in replacement clutch assembly developed for the CG engine family that powers commuter bikes across Africa, Latin America and South-East Asia. Five paper-based friction discs alternate with four 65Mn steel plates inside a machined alloy basket, delivering 45 N·m of torque with light lever effort. Each unit is assembled, dynamically tested and supplied complete with springs and pressure plate, so a workshop can complete a repair in one operation.
